For all our models we use high-strenght 25CroMo4 steel with an anti-corrosion treatment to last longer in saline areas. The frames are phosphatized and endure a 3 stages powder coating process: primer, color, transparent.
They are all TIG welding frames but the Justlong’s tail, that is brazed.
